Antiquarians – Magical accessories (i.e., Bag of Holding).Circle of Danantar – Magical weapons and armor.Arcaneum – Primed items and spell scrolls.Since I’ve already talked about a faction vendor, you’ll be glad to know that Solasta: Crown of the Magister has four major factions in Caer Cyflen that sell extra stuff: The game will do periodic skill checks to determine the success rate, but you can force a successful outcome by ticking this option in the game settings menu. You can either do a few long rests or travel to another location on the world map. If you have all the required materials, you can begin the crafting process which will take a few hours. Primed items can only come from lootable sources (i.e., chests or drops) or the Arcaneum faction vendor (Heddlon Surespell) who’s chilling inside the tavern. You cannot turn a regular item into a primed variant, that’s why I just advised you to sell generic junk that you don’t need. The primed version of an item in Solasta has a small blue blacksmith/forge icon symbolizing that it’s ready to be used for crafting. Lastly, weapons and armor pieces require primed versions. As for scrolls, the character doing this task should have learned the spell beforehand. Scroll Kit – This allows you to create various scrolls that can be used during exploration and while in combat.įor potions, arrows/bolts, and poisons, all you need are the components/materials.Medicine and Nature proficiencies are compatible with this one. Poisoner’s Kit – This lets you make vials and arrows/bolts coated in poison.Manacalon Rosary – This one is for crafting weapons and armor pieces.Smith’s Tools – This lets you create arrows and bolts.Herbalism Kit – This allows you to craft potions.There, you’ll see the tools and components that are required, as well as the related proficiencies that’ll increase the success rate: You can start crafting by opening the character screen and clicking on the crafting tab.
